Securities and Funds Services business unit integration following acquisition to Citi operations, data center and operations processes. Transitioned systems and staff (on and off shore) and established a global support model to ensure production stability and availability for Funds (Long and Hedge), Custody, Issuer Services, and Securities Lending across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.

As the transition executive following acquisition of the Banking Unit from The Group, I was responsible for integrating the service, data center, and on‐boarding units for the software business and the service unit. This included major account relationships, and system conversions. I was the sole Banking unit executive to join the acquiring company from the 4 member banking executive team.

I joined this company when it was a business unit within a larger corporation, I participated in the LBO in 1989 and subsequent public offering in 1991. I then focused on the banking services unit and performed corporate assignments in the technology assessment of planned acquisitions, remediation of  acquisition operations, and was a member of the 4 person team marketing of the Banking Business unit when The Group sold the unit in 2006. As part of that sale I was obligated to spend a year assisting the new owners (OSI) with the transition. During my tenure I ran Software Development, Data Center Operations, Customer Service, and Client Onboarding. Prior to that sale, I was a member of the 4 person executive team that fostered profitability, customer retention and service. The business unit grew from $35M in 1991 to $200M+ in 2006.
